The page you are reading sets no cookies at all. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no embedded video and no third-party font. The typeface is served from this domain along with everything else.

That is why there is no consent banner. A banner exists to ask permission for something, and there is nothing here to ask permission for.

The app

Playing FLIP is a different matter, because being signed in requires remembering that you are.

The web app stores a session token so that you stay signed in between visits, and so that the wallet it shows you is yours. It is strictly necessary for the service to work: without it, every page load would be a new anonymous visitor.

The mobile apps store the same token in the device’s own secure storage rather than in a cookie.

What we do not do

We do not use:

• Advertising or retargeting cookies.
• Third-party analytics that follow you between sites.
• Social media tracking pixels.
• Cookies that build a profile of you for any purpose other than running your account.

Clearing it

Clearing site data in your browser removes the session token and signs you out. Nothing else is stored, so there is nothing else to clear.

Signing out in the app has the same effect and is the tidier way to do it.
