Spending limits

You can cap how much you are able to spend on cash coins over any 1, 7 or 30 days. Email hello@flipmobilegames.com from the email address on your account and tell us the limits you want.

Lowering a limit takes effect as soon as we set it. Raising or removing one takes 24 hours, long enough that the decision is not made in the moment it is wanted.

Every account also has a cap of USD 200 on cash coin purchases in any rolling 30 days, whatever limits you set. Your own limits can only bring that lower.

Taking a break

You can pause paid contests on your account for 30 days, or longer if you ask. Email hello@flipmobilegames.com from the email address on your account and say how long you want the break to last. We act on these requests as a priority.

While the pause runs you cannot buy coins or enter paid contests. Free play is unaffected. The games still work, and your friends are still there. The pause cannot be lifted early, which is the whole point of it.

Worried about your spending?

Email us and we will pause paid play on your account straight away. You do not need to give a reason.

Age

FLIP is for adults. You must be at least 18 to open an account. To enter a paid contest you must also meet the minimum age where you live, which is higher in some places. We ask for your date of birth when you sign up, and verify age and identity before paying a prize. We close accounts we find belong to someone under age.

If you share a device, keep your sign-in to yourself.
